Requirements

• JD from a top-tier U.S. law school • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • 6+ years of experience with complex commercial and corporate transactions • 3+ years’ experience in a large law firm transactional practice • Excellent attention to detail • Demonstrates business acumen and a pragmatic approach to legal solutions • Ability to lead through influence and thought-partnership • Excellent writing and contract drafting skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to manage a global client base and calendar • Excellent communication skills with associates at all levels
