• JD from a top-tier U.S. law school • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • 6+ years of experience with complex commercial and corporate transactions • 3+ years’ experience in a large law firm transactional practice • Excellent attention to detail • Business acumen and a pragmatic approach to legal solutions • Ability to lead through influence and partnership • Excellent writing and contract drafting skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to communicate with associates at all levels
