• MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the commercial market. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and productivity. • Drive sales team recruitment and development, ensuring the acquisition and retention of top talent. • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry partners to expand the client base and strengthen partnerships. • Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor performance metrics, and report on sales performance to the executive team. • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential service offerings to maintain a competitive edge. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and client services teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery. • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, competitive landscape, and technological advancements affecting IME and peer review services. • Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs. • EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: • Bachelor’s Degree is required with 10+ years experience in related fields and business environments. • JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership within the Insurance Services space. • Experience selling to Claim and Managed Care executives with national contacts and relationships is preferred. • Direct experience with IME and Peer Review services and the Workers’ Compensation and Auto markets is a plus. • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and scaling sales teams and achieving revenue growth. • Requires the ability to understand changing market dynamics and have the ability to translate them into actionable strategies. • JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions. • Proven experience in managing national and local sales teams. • Demonstrated success in selling to clients in virtual settings. • Proficiency in maximizing the Salesforce CRM platform and other sales tools. • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
