📋 Description

• Are you a tenacious sales professional with a business development mentality who enjoys prospecting, selling, and account management? • Do you excel at relationship-building and devising creative solutions? • In this role, you will grow the sales of Climate Solutions products in accordance with the growth-based yearly budget. • Additionally, you will develop and strengthen relationships, and design and drive account plans that can be effectively executed by rep network organizations when applicable. • You will collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to drive sustainable long-term growth. • To be successful in this role, you will provide a high-level overview of technology and applications for our Climate Solution product lines and associated products while engaging and establishing relationships with influential contacts at key end users to pull in contractor business. • Danfoss Climate Solutions is growing and opening a variety of positions across the U.S. in a multitude of disciplines including Industrial Refrigeration (IRF), Commercial Refrigeration, Indirect Sales, OEM Sales, Data Centers, Food Retail Line (FRL), Condensers, Compressors, Head Exchangers, Hydronics – just to name a few.

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS equivalent in Engineering with Business oriented mindset • Minimum three years of industry-related experience in a sales or supporting sales position in the assigned discipline (IRF, Commercial Refrigeration, FRL, Compressors, Distribution, etc.) • Knowledge of System Controls and Power is a strong plus • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, SAP preferred. • Proven ability to collaborate and drive results in matrix organization and high success of internal and external stakeholder relations • Effective, and relevant, presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders communication • Professional, tenacious, and strong, convincing communication skills • Must be proficient in MS Office suite with an emphasis in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
