📋 Description

• Traveling 40+ weeks a year! • Responsible for implementation of Daniels Health’s revolutionary Sharpsmart technology and other waste stream solutions into the clinical healthcare space. • The Field Installation Manager will spend most of their time onsite inside customer hospitals, assessing installation needs, managing teams of drillers, runners, and other support individuals. • They will frequently interact with customer stakeholders, providing first class support during the transition to the Daniels Health line of engineered waste solutions. • Coordinating shipments of product, depalletizing and assembling equipment, and mounting products to walls, movable carts, and other surfaces within customer facilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related area or 3+ years of experience in relevant field • Strong onsite management skills and completionist mindset • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects with many stakeholders at once • Self-motivated, self-directed, problem solver with excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently without direct supervision • Capable of using tools such as a drill, screwdriver, hammer, tape measure and level • PC, email, internet and Microsoft office skills required
