📋 Description

• We're building the future of advertising and are looking for the minds to help us do it. • This is a fully remote, full-time role operating in EST time zone. • We are hiring our first Head of AI, a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven innovation at Darkroom. • This person will be responsible for building and scaling our AI and ML initiatives from the ground up, driving new capabilities that enhance our core business functions. • If you are a hacker at heart, thrive in fast-moving environments, and are passionate about AI’s impact on consumer brands, we want to hear from you. • This role will focus on enhancing the efficacy of our agency services through automations and novel technologies and running our data team to ensure client data is being piped and visualized efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on expertise in developing and deploying AI-driven applications. • Strong Python background, with experience working with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG pipelines. • Deep experience working with major LLMs and designing AI-powered workflows. • Proven ability to build unified data models and work with Postgres, Airflow, BigQuery, or similar technologies. • Experience developing and scaling AI/ML solutions in a high-growth, product-focused environment.
