Description

• As Protective Security Lead EMEA/APJ, oversee and manage security operations across multiple regions. • Conduct risk assessments, investigate adverse events, and ensure compliance with regulations. • Foster relationships with law enforcement and develop security training initiatives. • Support site reviews, investigations, and integrate technology into security programs. • Provide immediate response to adverse events in the region.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management. • Proven experience in managing security operations across multiple locations. • Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations. • Experience with security technology and systems. • Knowledge of local, state, and federal security regulations. • Experience in crisis management and emergency response. • Experience with International SOS travel risk management and Verkada access control systems.
