Description

• As a Lead Implementation Specialist, you will lead and execute our client’s software utilization. • Guide clients through acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, buy-ins, mergers, and reviews. • Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers of Datacor ERP. • Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently. • Develop rapport with customer finance and C-Suite executives. • Drive scalability and repeatability across clients through a process-driven mindset. • Embrace collaboration and be a team player. • Experience with mergers and acquisitions and streamlining workflows required. • Strategic, future-focused individuals are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or relevant area; a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance • Experience working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas • Experience with financial reporting requirements • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Exceptional time management skills • Superb computer literacy with business software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. • Application implementation experience preferred • ERP or Manufacturing industry experience preferred
