🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles in software engineering, data science, or product management, ideally at a startup or early-stage technology company β€’ Proven success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms. β€’ Experience managing multiple requisitions and working directly with hiring managers to drive recruiting processes. β€’ Familiarity with recruiting for non-technical roles (e.g., sales, marketing, operations). β€’ Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. β€’ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience. β€’ Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar tools. β€’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
