β€’ Seamless.AI is seeking a strategic and results-driven Lead Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering teams in a high-growth environment. β€’ This role will drive innovative recruiting strategies, optimize hiring processes, and ensure a world-class candidate experience. β€’ As a thought partner to hiring managers, you will challenge the status quo, refine interview practices, and implement data-driven improvements to attract and retain top-tier technical talent. β€’ Scale engineering teams by developing and executing targeted recruiting strategies tailored for a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. β€’ Proactively source, engage, and assess technical candidates through various channels, including SeekOut, job boards, networking, and direct outreach. β€’ Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit. β€’ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding preparation. β€’ Optimize the candidate experience by streamlining interview processes, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring structured feedback loops. β€’ Drive accountability across the hiring process, ensuring hiring managers and interviewers follow best practices and provide timely feedback. β€’ Analyze and enhance recruiting processes, challenging outdated methods and making strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Utilize data-driven insights to track key recruiting metrics, measure success, and continuously improve hiring outcomes. β€’ Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging talent acquisition innovations. β€’ Act as a mentor and coach to junior recruiters, fostering a high-performance recruiting culture. β€’ Support hiring needs outside of engineering when necessary, ensuring we secure top talent across departments based on business priorities.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment. β€’ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β€’ Experience working under general supervision while handling complex hiring challenges. β€’ Ability to mentor and provide strategic guidance to junior recruiters.
