🎯 Requirements
• At least four years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing top technical talent (PhD Research talent preferred) • Track record of making contributions at the team level, including to recruiting processes, institutional knowledge, and recruiting content • Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams • Bachelor’s degree (a plus) • Authorization to work in the United States
