Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year. • Recruiting plays a crucial role in helping Hightouch maintain a high talent density.

🎯 Requirements

• Works with hiring managers to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates (via both resumes and recruiter screens) • Builds close relationships with candidates and has a strong grasp of what each candidate is looking for and cares about • Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it • Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches • Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates • Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work
