📋 Description

• Acryl Data provides clarity to data by enabling delightful search and discovery, data observability, and federated governance across organizations' entire data ecosystem. • As Senior Engineering Recruiter, you'll own and architect our entire technical recruiting function from the ground up. • You’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles across all levels, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies that align with our growth objectives. • Define and implement the foundation of our technical recruiting function. • Shape the future of our engineering organization through strategic hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successful engineering hires • Demonstrated experience scaling engineering teams at early-stage startups • Deep understanding of current engineering hiring trends, compensation frameworks, and talent markets • Extensive experience recruiting across the engineering spectrum, from frontend to infrastructure roles • Strong track record of building and implementing scalable recruiting practices and processes • Experience working collaboratively with recruiting coordinators to optimize the hiring pipeline • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for engaging passive candidates
