Description

• Lead a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants. • Drive revenue growth and improve win rates. • Articulate the value and ROI of the platform. • Oversee pre-sales engineering process and client pain points. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams. • Monitor KPIs for Solutions Consulting team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS space. • Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams. • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology solutions to financial and business outcomes. • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives. • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience working with SMB and Midmarket customers in various industries, with a strong focus on finance teams. • Experience working with FP&A tools whether as a user or as a seller
