• Datavant is a data platform company and the world’s leader in health data exchange. • Our vision is that every healthcare decision is powered by the right data, at the right time, in the right format. • Our platform is powered by the largest, most diverse health data network in the U.S., enabling data to be secure, accessible and usable to inform better health decisions. • By joining Datavant today, you’re stepping onto a high-performing, values-driven team. • The Provider Product team is looking for an experienced senior product manager with a preference toward building and transforming experiences for health data requesters: government agencies, legal firms, insurance companies, revenue cycle management (RCM) firms, and other third-parties. • As the senior product manager for our Requester Experience products, your goal is to create best-in-class experiences for requesting health information from Datavant’s provider network. • You’ll work to ensure fast, secure, and compliant exchange of health information between thousands of provider groups and government, insurance, legal, RCM partners, and other third-party requesters who require health information to power their business-critical functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management experience in tech-forward companies • Able to structure problems, develop clear problem statements and hypothesis, and prioritize work using business understanding and data • Strong business acumen and knowledge of common healthcare commercial models • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; consistently keep teams updated on product strategy and progress • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to build and launch new products • Experience, or demonstrated interest, in the healthcare provider / payer / services industry • Experience coming up to speed in a regulated industry, inexplicable desire to read and grapple with regulations • Kindness, smarts, and the ability to Get Things Done
