Description
• Responsible for delivery of core customer deliverables in HCC Coding Operations. • Manage a ~300 person team across production, quality, analytics, and vendor partners. • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Risk Adjustment coding service. • Define and ensure alignment of customer coding guidelines to exceed expectations. • Lead org strategy designed to optimize cost, retention, and customer success. • Collaborate with engineering and product to define and execute coding roadmap. • Execute cost management strategies to improve margins. • Recruit and develop a high-performing team. • Manage global operations with travel up to 25%.
Requirements
• Extensive experience in Risk Adjustment coding services at a leadership level. • Experience managing teams of 100+. • Comfortable working against deadlines in a time-constrained environment. • Proven leadership in technology-driven health services organizations. • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams (300+ associates). • Experience in partner-driven delivery strategies and labor blending. • Demonstrated capacity to produce results in a complex setting. • Ability to develop and inspire a strong management team. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
