Description
• Drive transformation of operations, systems and workflows to meet client metrics • Align with VP of Operations to reduce operational variation • Oversee migration and optimization efforts related to account performance • Facilitate working sessions and manage change activities
Requirements
• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related area. Masters preferred. • Previous ROI and/or Project Management experience (preferred) • Knowledge of HIPAA Compliancy Regulations. • Highly effective communication/presentation capabilities • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products • Strategic thinking & leadership skills • Must have the ability to make independent decisions • Must be self-motivated and possess excellent organizational skills
