Description

• Lead the team responsible for building a world-class product security function. • Own Product and Application Security strategy and priorities. • Partner with engineering and development team leaders. • Determine the skill sets needed on the team, develop and execute a hiring plan. • Coach and build a team of exceptional Security Engineers. • Present the maturity, progress and roadmap for the Product & Application Security Program for stakeholders. • Actively evangelize best security practices in the community.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience leading Product or Application Security capabilities. • Understanding of current threats, vulnerabilities and risks and how to mitigate them. • Understanding of security impacts and controls for applications in cloud environments (AWS). • Passionate about building a big business that transforms the healthcare industry. • Thrive in a fast-paced autonomous environment. • Excited about the ambiguity of an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing company, and able to juggle many projects and responsibilities. • Great communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
