Description

β€’ The Associate Director of Client Strategy will craft outcome-driven strategies and industry best practices for our customers and prospective customers seeking to use Later, enabling revenue impact from those accounts. β€’ Collaborate closely with the strategy, sales, account management, services, marketing, and product teams. β€’ Direct and indirect revenue impact driven by accounts that receive strategy support. β€’ Influencer Strategy Creation: Craft outcome-driven strategies for existing and prospective accounts seeking to maximize their ROI. β€’ New Business Proposal Support: Collaborate with Sales to create compelling new business proposals. β€’ Strategic Business Review Support: Prepare Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) for Accounts paying Later $50,000 or more per year. β€’ Build and maintain best practices for doing influencer marketing and social media marketing. β€’ Build and maintain industry performance benchmarks for crafting strategies, proposals, and SBRs. β€’ Effectively collaborate with internal teams for alignment on strategies and best practices. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. β€’ Committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for rewarding work.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. β€’ Expert-level working knowledge of the Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing landscape with 5+ years of experience required. β€’ Passion for the creator economy and connecting marketers and creators. β€’ Proven track record of success in influencer strategy creation and delivery for enterprise-grade B2C consumer brands. β€’ Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills. β€’ Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. β€’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams. β€’ Strategic and creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a results-oriented approach. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration software (GSuite, Slack, Zoom) is required. β€’ Proficiency in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, and Affiliate Marketing software is required. β€’ Proficiency in paid social advertising is a plus.
