• Responsible for implementing new/updating business systems and processes within Revenue Operations. • Coordinate multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including IT, external vendors and business teammates. • Produces detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, communications, use cases, and user stories. • Translates business needs into requirements across multiple business systems or processes with some guidance. • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and Excel to facilitate daily operations. • Solve problems related to a business system by outlining potential drivers and forming a hypothesis-based approach. • Aid businesses in forming manual workaround or other alternatives while waiting for enhancement lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and 1+ years’ experience OR applicable work experience • Strong Analytical Skills • Knowledge & experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences
