Description
• This position is responsible for the implementation of new or updating of existing business systems and processes to drive improvements across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations. • The Systems Analysts will coordinate multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including IT, external vendors and business teammates. • Produces detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, communications, use cases, and user stories outlining problems, and opportunities. • Translates business needs into requirements across multiple business systems or processes with some guidance. • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and Excel to communicate and facilitate daily operations. • Guides business in identifying root cause and ideating towards initiation of system solution. • Aids businesses in forming manual workaround or other alternatives either while waiting for enhancement lifecycle or in pursuit of an ideal technology solution. • Develops requirements by collaborating with business leaders & translating their needs across multiple business systems or processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and 1+ years’ experience OR applicable work experience • Strong Analytical Skills • Knowledge & experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences
