📋 Description

• This position is responsible for leading complex analyses, solving ambiguous problems, and making decisions to improve processes in order to drive strategic improvements across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations. • Leads complex analysis by aggregating data across multiple data sources utilizing advanced skills in analytics tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau. • Continuously learns new technical capabilities & recommends how they can be leveraged. • Acts as a team resource for troubleshooting issues and QC’ing errors. • Solves complex & ambiguous problems by developing a robust problem-solving approach. • Goes beyond the initial analytical ask or problem to be solved based on initial findings. • Synthesizes key takeaways from an analysis, presents recommended actions, gains alignment & drives results by influencing change. • Effectively leads working sessions across multiple stakeholders. • Starts to provide direction and helps with others’ work.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience – Required. • Bachelor’s Degree – Required. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study OR applicable work experience -Required. • Master’s degree – Preferred. • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including complex analytical modeling & insight generation – Required. • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences – Preferred. • Commitment to DaVita’s Core Values – Required. • Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle – Preferred.
