Description

• Define the architecture for IT solutions specific to business challenges. • Bring broad experiences across data, AI, and integration to support key business initiatives. • Collaborate and coordinate with IT lanes like DevOps, Delivery, and Infrastructure for scalable IT solutions. • Develop and maintain data & AI strategy in line with business goals. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data & analytics teams. • Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize GenAI initiatives. • Evaluate and select data vendors, AI and machine learning technologies that align with the vision. • Develop architectural blueprints ensuring data, AI, and machine learning system integrity. • Drive innovation and keep up with emerging technologies and best practices. • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning among teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data science, Software Engineering or related discipline • 5+ years of experience in a senior architecture role, architecting complex enterprise solution either in a cloud environment or equivalent • Extensive experience (10+ years) in data and AI, with a strong focus on architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in architecting and designing solutions leveraging GCP technologies like BigQuery, Dataflow, GCP Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL or Spanner • Proven experience in a leadership role, driving data strategy, and guiding data and analytics teams. • In-depth knowledge of the use of data to support software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and best practices. • Experience with the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) or Natural Language Processing and enabling those capabilities in cloud environments. • Healthcare industry experience that fosters better requirements aligned to common standards and regulations (HL7, HITSP, NIST, HIPAA, ICD-10, and NCPDP) is preferred.
