🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Experience working within healthcare and the insurance payor space. • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, operations, or a similar role. • Proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis. • Strong understanding of CAC reporting and pipeline/conversion metrics. • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets. • Experience building dashboards in tools like Mosaic, Looker, or equivalent. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills.
