📋 Description
• Recruiter 2 position for DZX • Utilize pro-active recruiting techniques • Source and screen talent for immediate openings and future opportunities • Recruit full life cycle for manufacturing and skilled trades • Adhere to OFCCP guidelines and company standards
🎯 Requirements
• Three plus years of recruitment experience (Corporate, RPO, or Staffing) • Technical, manufacturing, and engineering recruiting • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience • Excellent customer service experience • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruitment process • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Power Point • A working knowledge and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
