📋 Description

• The Recruiting Coordinator will manage the hiring process's administrative aspects, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and communicating with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. • The coordinator ultimately aims to identify and present qualified candidates for open positions within an organization. They are a key link between potential employees and the company throughout the hiring process.

• Strong communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in candidate information and documentation • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter • Recruitment knowledge: Understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance regulations • Recruitment & sourcing experience: Hands-on experience identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent through Boolean search, passive sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
