• Entry-level Recruiter connecting talent with opportunities at Fast Enterprises • Travel across the U.S. visiting college campuses • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to final interview • Develop relationships with candidates, faculty, and staff • Collaborate to execute innovative recruiting strategies • Handle multiple recruiting-related tasks efficiently • Utilize various platforms for talent sourcing • Maintain accurate records in iCIMS ATS • Participate in ongoing training and development • Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies
