🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales and/or cybersecurity recruitment. • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including key roles, technologies, and market trends. • Previous experience in a sales environment, ideally within cybersecurity, is highly preferred. • Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify top-tier talent in both active and passive pools. • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
