📋 Description

• Partner with the appropriate hiring managers, GMs, RVPs, & Talent Acquisition Manager to determine selection criteria (Ideal Candidate Profile) for each open position. • Work with hiring managers to create and develop effective recruitment marketing campaigns and channels to source candidates, including advertisements, hiring events, career centers, and job programs. • Recruit quality talent through targeted active and passive recruiting sources. • Facilitate the application process and pre-employment assessments. • Conduct candidate pre-screen interviews and provide hiring manager/s with summary information. • Provide coaching to hiring managers on interviewing, candidate feedback and selection. • Consult with hiring managers, GMs, Regional Leadership to ensure the best qualified candidates are selected for positions based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit, based on Ideal Candidate Profile. • Partner with HR Support for all new hires and monitor all on-boarding activities with Payroll, HR, Learning & Development and IT as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• AA or undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. • Strong ability to source candidates through various methods (e.g., online platforms, resume databases, referrals, and networking). • Proficient in resume screening and conducting initial candidate evaluations; skilled in assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional interactions with stakeholders and candidates. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, roles, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. • Experience in organizing and participating in career fairs, recruitment events, and other outreach programs.
