New & Used Car Sales β’ Automotive Service β’ Financing β’ Toyota β’ Ford
β’ Partner with the appropriate hiring managers, GMs, RVPs, & Talent Acquisition Manager to determine selection criteria (Ideal Candidate Profile) for each open position. β’ Work with hiring managers to create and develop effective recruitment marketing campaigns and channels to source candidates, including advertisements, hiring events, career centers, and job programs. β’ Recruit quality talent through targeted active and passive recruiting sources. β’ Facilitate the application process and pre-employment assessments. β’ Conduct candidate pre-screen interviews and provide hiring manager/s with summary information. β’ Provide coaching to hiring managers on interviewing, candidate feedback and selection. β’ Consult with hiring managers, GMs, Regional Leadership to ensure the best qualified candidates are selected for positions based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit, based on Ideal Candidate Profile. β’ Partner with HR Support for all new hires and monitor all on-boarding activities with Payroll, HR, Learning & Development and IT as needed.
β’ AA or undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. β’ Strong ability to source candidates through various methods (e.g., online platforms, resume databases, referrals, and networking). β’ Proficient in resume screening and conducting initial candidate evaluations; skilled in assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. β’ Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional interactions with stakeholders and candidates. β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities, roles, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β’ Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. β’ Experience in organizing and participating in career fairs, recruitment events, and other outreach programs.
