📋 Description
• Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers. • Work independently successfully scheduling complex interviews. • Interface with the recruiting and leadership teams to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments. • Focus on continual improvement to the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.). • Own sending out candidate feedback surveys to all candidates in the interviewing process. • Help source on LinkedIn for hard-to-fill roles by prospecting profiles and calibrating with hiring managers and recruiters.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator is a plus. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are very important; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once. • Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure. • Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality with highly sensitive information. • Experience with Google Suite, and ATS systems is a plus.
