📋 Description

• DCG is seeking an experienced Research Manager to lead international research projects. • The Research Manager will work as part of a dynamic team overseeing quantitative and qualitative public perceptions research projects in more than 130 countries worldwide. • This position will engage in all aspects of the research process while maintaining rigorous quality checks, from instrument testing to in-person oversight and coordination of research partners to data cleaning, processing and reporting. • Extensive travel is required for this role.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in research management • Demonstrated experience overseeing international quantitative and qualitative public perception research projects • Proficiency in SPSS and Excel • Knowledge of R preferred but not required • Expertise in survey methodology, including questionnaire design, sampling techniques, and data processing • Experience with qualitative data collection methods (focus groups, in-depth interviews, document analysis) • Working knowledge of SurveyToGo, SurveyCTO, and Kobo Toolbox • Proven track record as a trainer for research teams and partners • Experience managing project finances, staff, and external partners • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously • Experience with people management, mentorship, or coaching
