Requirements

• Experience: You have 5+ years in sales operations, enablement, or a related role in high-growth SaaS or tech companies. • Process-Oriented: You understand the sales process inside and out, with a knack for building efficient, scalable processes that support high-performance teams. • Tech-Savvy: You’re skilled with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and know how to leverage them to maximize sales productivity. • Analytical Mindset: You can analyze data to find actionable insights and make recommendations that improve the sales organization’s performance. • Project Management: You have a track record of managing projects from start to finish, staying organized, and ensuring all details are in place. • Enablement Expert: You’re passionate about training and developing resources that empower sales teams to succeed. • Excellent Communicator: You’re a skilled communicator who can work across teams to influence and inspire at all levels.
