• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred • 4+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, pricing strategy, or similar role (Manager) • 2+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, pricing strategy, or similar role (Analyst) • Experience in Cybersecurity, Professional Services, and/or SaaS strongly preferred • Deep understanding of complex deal structures, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations • Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving deal processes and operational efficiency • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ software
