📋 Description
• Responsible for delivering a 'pristine experience on DDN’s technologies'. • Utilizing technical expertise to solve customer’s business needs. • Focused on DDN’s largest and most critical customers. • Must engage quickly with customers to resolve problems. • Experience with Lustre or other parallel filesystems is highly preferred. • Must be an expert in high performance networking like Ethernet, Infiniband, RoCE. • Able to troubleshoot network issues using standard tools. • Create test plans for customer upgrades and troubleshooting. • Work with engineering for product quality enhancements. • Review product documentation for customer needs. • Provide training as needed with the DDN Education team. • Assist in maintaining internal tools.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a similar technical role. • Experience supporting post-sales efforts is essential. • Proven in-depth technical knowledge and problem analysis skills. • Excellent customer interfacing skills. • Solutions-oriented with an aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving. • Proven skills and a solid team player. • Good verbal and written communication skills (English, second language beneficial). • Comfortable leading technical conversations with customers for problem resolution.
