Description

• Engage with potential clients over the phone to understand their needs and preferences • Utilize persuasive techniques and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of Deako's products and services • Guide prospects through the sales process, addressing any concerns or objections they may have • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and appointments in CRM systems • Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to enhance sales effectiveness • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships

Requirements

• 2-3 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in basic computer skills • Proficiency in Hubspot • Strong self-starter mentality and capabilities • Strong strategic thinking skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Excellent follow up and follow through skills • Adaptability and willingness to learn
