Description

• Work with Regional Operations Management to implement dealership contact strategy. • Collaborate with Account Management on diagnosis and action plans. • Work with dealership management to gain support and drive results. • Quickly build relationships at all levels of the dealership. • Resolve customer service issues related to any OEM program. • Develop and maintain consistent contact schedule with assigned dealers. • Manage all activity tracking in the sales contact system. • Submit timely update reports, itineraries, and expense reports as required. • Understand and assess dealership associates' knowledge and skills. • Create customized coaching solutions to improve dealership personnel performance. • Deliver on-site value-added dealership visits. • Maintain high level of expertise with all OEM programs.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a position that would display organizational and project management skills. • Meet the requirements of Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record and Company Vehicle Fleet Policies. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Effective presentation skills.
