Description

• Gather, Manage and Understand Data • Identify the components of a problem and apply appropriate analytical techniques to create actionable conclusions • Define the goals of analysis activities and coordinate the collection of appropriate data from databases • Work collaboratively with members of the program management, sales, supplier relations and supply chain teams to analyze data and deliver key insights • Manage the design of program management reporting tools and automation of reporting • Assemble and distribute operational reports and performance metrics • Work closely with Promotions Operations and Sales Operations teams to manage, maintain and enhance promotion processes • Maintain and audit critical data through the appropriate IT systems and departments • Serve as the internal end-user point of contact for ad hoc program management information requests • Participate in management of strategic projects • Collaborate with Program Management leaders to identify and pursue performance improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields • Advanced degree preferred • 3-5 years of experience -OR- an advanced degree with 1-3 years of experience in a technical/analytical role • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Works with sense of urgency • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time • Effective in communicating technical concepts • Strong intellectual curiosity • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, VBA) • Proficient in statistical/analytical software and appropriate programming languages for automation (90% R, 10% Python) • Proficient in data-access languages (SQL, SOQL) • Proficient in Power BI • Proficient in OBIEE data and reporting platform • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
