• Manage ongoing assigned program operations and/or vendors • Use analytic skills to develop or improve programs • Lead and/or manage projects and/or initiatives • Perform detailed policy and impact analysis • Lead regular cross functional informational or working meetings
Requirements
• 3 -5 years of health plan experience • 6-8 years working experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High level presentation skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment • Ability to conceptualize the impact of change • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
