📋 Description

• We are a remote-first, international SaaS company helping businesses maximise their revenue potential in Europe and the US with our Go-To-Market SaaS Platform. • The Senior Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to support and expand assigned customers across Dealfront’s existing customer base. • This role is focused on assigned customers from the DACH region. • The Senior Account Manager will work closely with Customer Success to ensure customers progress on their journey with Dealfront. • If you’re passionate about technology and helping customers grow, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience of successful sales or account management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS • Track record of attaining quotas and reaching goals • Ability to assess business opportunities quickly by using data to make informed decisions and persuade others • Strong negotiation, pipeline and forecasting skills • Passion for building long-term relationships and driving commercial initiatives with customers • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organisational and time management skills - you will need to balance your time with up to 300 clients • Fluency in German (C2) and English, any other additional language is a bonus • Experience working with marketing and sales technologies • Experience working with Salesforce
