Description

• DealMaker is revolutionizing the capital markets ecosystem to make online capital raising mainstream. • We empower users to raise capital digitally and provide an end-to-end solution. • Seeking talented team members to join us on the journey to transform capital markets. • Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions in compliance with ASC 606. • Perform in-depth revenue analysis, identifying trends, variances, and potential risks to revenue streams. • Oversee all AR functions and manage the full-cycle billing process. • Improve existing processes, controls, and documentation, suggesting and implementing improvements to scale accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • Professional accounting designation • Experience with US GAAP • 5+ years of experience in an accounting role • Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related financial systems. • Experience with Netsuite and successful implementation of ASC 606 are assets.
