• About Decimal: Our mission is to solve accounting operations for small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs). • The Associate Accounting Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient delegation & management of accounting tasks. • You will directly impact customer relationships by supporting and occasionally leading customer calls. • Your role will involve providing the first level of accounting reviews and conducting dynamic financial reviews of our customers’ books.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or actively pursuing) • 1-2 years of full-cycle accounting experience • SMB accounting experience in multiple industries, particularly SaaS, Professional services, E-commerce • 1-2 years experience in customer success-related roles • 1-2 years experience with QuickBooks Online • Experience with common SMB point solutions, such as Bill.com, Gusto, Shopify
