• Every business needs accounting operations — to pay their bills, get paid, and track it all. • Small business (SMB) accounting operations are painful and expensive; a tangled web of fragmented systems and poorly managed processes that touch every person in a company. • We take over our clients’ accounting operations by pairing our people with a technology platform that unifies financial data, workflow, and communications. • Our platform helps automate large chunks of repetitive manual processes and manages the completion of manual work that can’t be automated. • As a Tax Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our tax team by preparing and filing accurate tax returns, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our tax operations. • As a member of our Accounting Analyst team, you would have the following responsibilities:
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in tax preparation or a similar role. • Strong understanding of US federal, state, and local tax regulations. • Proficiency in tax software (Lacerte, Tax Dome, etc) and Microsoft Excel/GSuite. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
