🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll implementation, ideally within a PEO or HR service environment. • 2+ years of experience in an implementation manager role, preferably within a PEO or similar environment • Strong working knowledge of PrismHR software with experience configuring and implementing payroll systems. • Familiarity with global payroll processes and PEO operations. • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously. • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, data compliance, and local labor laws. • Experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
