🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years in a customer onboarding or Implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains. • Customer Obsession: Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others, whether a customer or a colleague. • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You are focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating the next steps. • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members. • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules for clients. • Adaptability: Driven, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You excel in an autonomous work setting, expertly prioritizing tasks and identifying internal and external blockers.
