• Deel is building a global platform for companies to hire talent anywhere in the world. • Lead implementation of PEO enterprise clients on payroll systems. • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in payroll. • Manage projects, define payroll processes, and ensure timely reporting. • Act as a primary contact for payroll project matters for clients. • Oversee data migration and testing for payroll system transition. • Implement change management for smooth employee transitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • Proven experience (5 years) in PEO payroll implementation, ideally within a PEO or HCM service environment. • Strong working knowledge of PrismHR software with experience configuring and implementing payroll systems. • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in all 50 states. • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, data compliance, and local labor laws. • Ability and interest in client-facing project management • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
