🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team to meet and exceed goals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders. • Deep understanding of partnership dynamics, including contract negotiation, performance measurement, and scaling partnerships. • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions. • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to implement partnership initiatives. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. • Familiarity with CRM and partnership management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack). • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
