πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will have a deep understanding of the strategy and people needs of the business(es) they support β€’ The HRBP will serve as a trusted partner to the business, developing and implementing a people strategy that aligns with and supports business objectives β€’ The HRBP will also act as the primary point of contact for leaders and serve as a liaison between HR service delivery functions, ensuring that business needs are effectively matched with HR’s capabilities β€’ The HRBP will be key in implementing HR initiatives, driving talent acquisition efforts, providing insights to enhance the employee experience and enable business outcomes, including performance management, compensation, training and development, and employee relations β€’ In addition to traditional HR responsibilities, this individual will collaborate on key projects such as ATS implementation, job architecture, onboarding improvements, employer branding, and policy development, working in conjunction with COEs β€’ The HRBP will also ensure compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws and apply, administer, and interpret workplace rules and guidelines in partnership with the organization's operations mission

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or administration preferred β€’ At least 8 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, previous management experience preferred β€’ Comprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws, including EEO, ADA/FEHA, FLSA, and FMLA/CFRA β€’ Understanding of, and experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, leadership development, and training) β€’ Must possess strong project management, analytical, and process mapping skills, with the ability to interpret HR data, optimize workflows, and lead HR process improvement initiatives β€’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence peers and business partners at all levels β€’ Must possess a consultative style and approach with a proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners β€’ Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ Ability to present their point of view in varied business situations β€’ Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
