• As a Senior Sales Engineer, you are crucial to driving sales success and customer satisfaction globally. • You'll expertly showcase our cutting-edge solutions, craft tailored demonstrations, and act as the trusted technical advisor to prospective clients. • Your role is pivotal in converting prospects into loyal customers and ensuring they achieve their business goals through our innovative technology. • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs and challenges. • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations. • Work with the Account Executive team to support value creation for prospects and clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions that address client requirements. • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle. • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. • Own technical engagement and communication across all global accounts. • Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our solutions. • Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product team to inform the product roadmap and assist the leadership team.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, solution delivery, technical sales, consultancy, or a business automation/process improvement background. • Basic understanding of scripting, APIs, and system integration, particularly with JavaScript. • Communication expert fluent in both English and German, with German skills being crucial. • Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them effectively. • Experience with intelligent automation platforms, RPA, and exposure to AI is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and familiarity with value-based selling.
