• With 30 years of experience in cyber defense, DeepSeas is trusted by nearly 1,000 clients around the world. • The Sr. Security Program Manager is responsible for ensuring client programs have established delivery teams, program and project plans, maintaining project and program health. • This position is a critical member of our cybersecurity solutions delivery team and advocates for the client’s program ensuring expected outcomes and success criteria are achieved.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience as a Program Manager. • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Cybersecurity experience preferred. • Advanced proficiency with Project Management tools such as Mavenlink, Project Plan templates, Roadmap Workbook, presentation materials and Microsoft Teams. • Demonstrated experience successfully managing client relationships. • Demonstrated history to meet/exceed department KPIs, including: • Proven ability to clearly engage, influence and guide executive and board-level professionals. • Ability to perform: • Professional and engaging presentation skills, Critical thinking and strategic problem-solving logic • Excellent time management skills required, and ability to meet deadlines. • Proven Training and coaching experience.
