Description
• Lead and assist in designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions . • Guide a development team in breaking down high-level solutions into actionable technical tasks. • Review code and provide mentorship to engineers on architecture, functionality, and maintainability. • Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. • Promote simplicity and adherence to standards while avoiding over-engineering. • Take ownership of technical discovery, design, and communication of complex solutions. • Define detailed execution plans for junior engineers and ensure project delivery meets timelines and quality expectations.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role. • Expertise in Power Apps , Power Automate , Power BI , and Dataverse . • Strong front-end development skills with React . • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and services. • Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies, such as jQuery . • Knowledge of relational databases and cloud platforms, preferably Azure . • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design end-to-end technical solutions. • Advanced English communication skills, especially in asynchronous settings. • Experience implementing best practices for version control, code reviews, secure development, and DevOps processes. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , automated testing, and observability principles. • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies . • Desirable Certification in Power Platform or related technologies. • Knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs . • Experience with lean development practices .
