• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies • To identify and attract qualified talent, utilize various recruitment sources, including social media, online databases, recruiting events, and employee referrals • Lead the selection process, from resume review to conducting technical interviews and skills assessments • Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout recruitment, providing guidance and feedback • Efficiently manage time and resources to meet hiring deadlines and team objectives • Supervise and support junior recruiters, providing guidance and training as needed • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in recruitment and information technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter, focusing on information technology roles • Fluent in advanced English, both verbal and written communication • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and building solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Proficiency in time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • Ability to adapt to changing situations and respond quickly and effectively to the needs of the recruitment process • Deep understanding of information technology and the skills required for specific roles • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and decision-making skills
